What support do you offer?

As part of our WordPress maintenance program, we offer an insurance policy for your website. If the website is hosted and maintained with our team and the site goes down for any reason – including client error – our team will take responsibility and restore it. You won’t find this type of support on any standard hosting or WordPress maintenance plan. Customer service is extremely important to our team. As one of our clients, you’ll have a dedicated development coordinator/account manager, so you always have a main point of contact for questions and support.

Does the service include hosting?

Yes, all of our WordPress maintenance packages include secured hosting on servers specifically designed for WordPress.
